Self Protection VS Martial Arts Video

I totally agree with the first video. It’s back to the issue of context. What will work in one context will not automatically transfer to another; and trying to use the methods designed for use in one context in a differing context can lead to disaster. I also like how he states that methods not directly related to self-protection still have great value in and of themselves. Nice video and I think he expresses his views very logically and succinctly.
