This video may be too basic for most folks here, but I thought I'd share it anyway. In my system, not too many folks that I know are engaging in kata-based sparring, so this is very knew to many of my immediate tribe. I've studied Iain sensei's video on kata-based sparring (if you haven't watched it, I highly recommend it) and listened to his pod cast on the subject (another great listen). I've finally gotten my students up to the point where they are ready for this training drill. And, they LOVE it. It's probably some of the MOST fun and learning INTENSIVE experiences we've had in the dojo. If you aren't doing kata-based sparring, I highly encourage you to do so. The learning is outrageous.
I do have other videos dealing with KBS using Fukyugata Ich coming down the pike. If folks here are interested, I'll post them when they are created.
