A Bundle of Sticks by Pat Mauser McCord

It's a children's book, but it has a lot of good lessons and centers around the protagonist's Kajukenbo training.  (I actually found it before training in Kajukenbo, but now I give it as "required" reading.)

Lots of good answers and a great list to start a martial arts library!

I have read a lot of very good martial arts books but the one I have enjoyed the most above them all is Angry White Pyjamas  Its just a great read.
