The book's been available for a little while now, but the accompanying DVD is new. Although it covers much of the same ground there are some elements that come across better on screen than off the page. I highly recommend getting both as the one complements the other perfectly.
Each is packed with solid, no-nonsense, information pertaining to real-life acts of violence and their consequences, physical, legal and psychological.
Anyone training (and especially teaching) self-protection should have this in their library (along with Meditations On Violence).
