All KARATE HIIT 6

In this video, I take you through another great High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. No push-ups. No burpies. Just functional karate kihon. Each of the 10 kihon combos are done for 30 sec slowly then for 60 sec with speed. It's only 15 min of your day! Give it a try!
