Aragaki Seisan seminar

On the 11th of June I will be teaching an open seminar to study the applications and fundamental lessons as taught by the Aragaki version of Seisan kata.

As the Aragaki Seisan  is a less commonly practiced version of one of the oldest fundamental forms we will take some time during the session to actually practice the kata itself, so the seminar will also offer the opportunity to learn the form as well as the application practices.

While the camp is intended primarily for members of the Shorinkan organization, it is open to martial artists from other styles, as well!
