I do like this! I like how each part of the kata is there to be seen, but you flow through them continuously. I also like the formatting of the drill. Thank you for posting here!

I like that, it's got a nice flow to it. Here's a clip from a class I taught recently looking at a stick strip using motion from Pinan Shodan / Heian Nidan.
