On Saturday the 11th of May 2024 I will be teaching in Durham! The seminar will run from 11am - 3pm at Belmont Community School, Buckinghamshire Rd, Durham. DH1 2QP. The cost is £30 per person. The theme will be the applications of both Passai / Bassai-Dai and Sho. The Sho version of Passai / Bassai was created by Anko Itosu and shows some interesting alternatives and variations to the methods encapsulated in the original kata. This seminar will give a good overview of the totality of the Passai / Bassai system. No prior knowledge of either kata is needed.
