A couple of years ago Michael Rosenbaum kindly made his book “Comprehensive Karate” freely available via this website (on Christmas day!). In the not too distant future we will be setting up a download page for all the e-books and PDFs that we have made available over the years. However, this book has always been very popular so I wanted to get it up here as soon as possible. Welcome to the latest Extreme Impact drill! This drill is from the forthcoming “Extreme Impact Unit 8: Confusion Drills” (to be released in Sept 2010). Confusion drills are ones that mess with the mind and body by never allowing you to “find your groove”. The drills involve variations in tempo, intensity and impact to keep you constantly outside of your comfort zone! I hope you “enjoy” making use of this drill in your training and teaching. We will be back with more samples and exclusive drills soon!
