On Saturday the 7th May 2022 I will be teaching in High Wycombe! The seminar will cover the close-range application of karate in self-protection situations, looking at how the methods of the Heian / Pinan series can be realistically trained and applied. This will include escaping, close-range striking, trapping, takedowns, gripping, and more! The event will take place from 10:30 to 14:00.
