Contents: At this seminar Iain will cover kata Nijushiho/Niseishi, which he has not taught in Germany previously. He will also cover some practical pad-drills that integrate both the grappling and striking sides of karate. Please bring your own focus mits!

Sunday, November, 27, 2016: 09:30 - 11:00, 11:30 - 13:00

Cost: € 50.— Saturday + Sunday (€ 35.— Saturday only, € 20.— Sunday only)
