Every year our parent organisation, Isshindo Kan Europe, runs a series of seminars called Martial Arts for Health. In the UK our focus is on the benefits that martial arts can bring for improving mental health.

In 2018 our club will host a seminar to raise funds in support of the mental health charity, Mind. Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Further details about Mind are available from their website: https://www.mind.org.uk/

This event will bring together a variety of Karate instructors from across the country and so it is our 'Karate for Mental Health' seminar.

We would like to invite you all to attend our Karate for Mental Health seminar. It is open to all grades (including beginners).
