Here's a short clip that I've thrown together from a seminar that I taught in June 2018. The class was taught to non-karateka which is why I haven't explained where the sequences relate to a given kata. However, there are some movements here in this drill that 'hopefully' you will recognise from Kata such as Naihanchi, Bassai, Niseishi and Pinan Godan. Hope you like the clip.
