Controlling the opponent's elbow, especially breaking their posture by pulling/pushing it across their chest as you show at the beginning, is a method I make use of a lot. I like the many options you show together with the follow-ups to take down the oponnent.
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it, I do like making them settle down a bit before taking off. I like the enter do your techniques and get away idea but I want to make sure I don't have to enter again by making sure the threat is set down and given something to think about.
