This video was filmed immediately after some cold-water swimming. Don’t be tempted to do this! It can be extremely dangerous if you don’t know what you are doing!
I know the location well, I had checked the water temperature (this video shows third time in), I am always close to the shore, I am never out of my depth, I have no medical issues that could be worsened by cold water, I have the means to warm up when I come out, I’m experienced at it, etc.
Cold showers are a safer option and always seek medical advice before subjecting your body to new stresses.
