Locked down? Fancy some cross training?

I don't know how many of you watch One Championship who promote the biggest martial arts show's in Asia featuring Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA but they have teamed up with one of the top gyms to offer free classes during the current pandemic:

ONE Championship wrote:
ONE Championship has teamed up with Singapore’s Evolve MMA to bring their groundbreaking online martial arts training to the ONE Super App.

With most fitness centers and dojos around the world closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many within the martial arts community are doing their best to work together to help combat the spread of the coronavirus.

Though there are many ways to stay active during the lockdown, Evolve’s World Champion Instructor Team has already helped thousands of martial arts enthusiasts by offering free online training with their ‘Evolve At Home’ livestreams.

Classes are held all throughout the week, with three per day on weekdays and four per day on the weekends.

From Monday to Friday, people can log on to the ONE Super App for a boxing class at 12:00pm SGT (Singapore Standard Time), a Muay Thai class at 6:30pm SGT, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class at 7:30pm SGT.

Viewers can get their workout fix on Saturday and Sunday, too. There is a no-gi grappling session at 9:00am SGT, a boxing session at 10:00am SGT, a Muay Thai session at 11:00am SGT, and a BJJ session at 12:00pm SGT.

Classes are taught by Evolve’s highly esteemed staff including head coach Siyar “The Great” Bahadurzada, as well as the likes of boxing World Champion Drian Francisco, BJJ World Champion Jucimar Eller, and former ONE Strawweight World Champion and multiple-time Muay Thai World Champion Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke.

The sessions are all completely free to help people maintain their fitness and improve their skills while their own gyms are on a temporary hiatus.

As I doubt there will be many of you who will be doing the classes live because Singapore time is GMT +8 there are two ways to watch and join in these classes: You can download the ONE Super App to your smartphone which is a free app or you can go to the Evolve MMA channnel on YouTube.

There is no point in me linking directly to any video's as they take them down after two days.

I recommend the app; it's free and when promotions resume will enable you to watch some top rate martial arts show's live for free.

Hope some of you find this post useful!

Stay safe!

Thanks for sharing, I've always found evolves content excellent and I didn't realize they were doing this. I just watched a pressure countering video and it was very good. Cheers, Chris
