One dimensional training can result in training scars. This 4-layer drill looks at a very simple kihon combination; reverse punch and low block. In layer 1, we practice just the kihon to get a feel for the technique. Layer 2 involves compliant partner work. Layer 3 is the same partner drill with pads so we don't have to pull our punches. Finally, Layer 4 forces us to deal with resistance.
Happy Training,

This is great, Andy. Simple, straightforward, pedagogically very well done.
