Low Light Self Defense workshop June 20th

Hi all,

I'm inviting anyone who's interested to join a London workshop that I've been working on for the past year.

Most of us (I'm a Krav Maga and BJJ practitioner) train for self defense in well-lit dojo's that allow us to perfect our technique and reflexes while enjoying maximum visual acuity and rarely, with the exception of singular events, address the challenges posed by dimly lit environments. This is while a great number of criminal assaults understandably occur during the night time, when the attacker relies on darkness for anonymity and surprise.

Having served as a commander and instructor in the IDF Counter Terrorism school, I have learned to 'handle' reduced visibility conditions in a way that is very much applicable to the realm of self defense - And I have adapted these tactics and techniques into a 4 hour course which explores this concept. The course will take place in Walthamstow on June 20th, from 6pm to 10pm and if successful, I will run another one in July in the same place. If you're interested please feel free to message me, e-mail me or take a look at my website - wwww.arbelct.co.uk/training/low-light-self-defense Thanks!

Last places remaining for this seminar! Each participant receives a high quality tactical flashlight that can come in handy for both utility and self defense. Another such course may be held in July if interest is sufficient.
