Hello, everyone!

I would like to invite you to a seminar I will be teaching at Heian Karate-Do in Flushing, MI, USA, over the weekend of July 1st and 2nd. We will be covering practical application for the Pinan/Heian series of kata, how to do kata bunkai (form analysis) as a process, kakedameshi (sticky hands sparring), realistic self-defense, and groundwork from a striker's perspective. The cost for a single day is $75, and the cost for both days is just $125!

Pinan/Heian Bunkai Seminar with Lee Taylor

Lee Taylor 5th Dan has been asked to deliver a seminar for David Price and his Tae Kwon Do group on the Pinan Kata, practicing the self defence applications to these forms, which are also found in different guises in the Tae Kwon-Do patterns.

Open to students who wish to gain an understanding of these forms, though knowledge of them is not necessary. Bring focus mitts if possible
