On the 2nd and 3rd of September 2017 I will be teaching my first ever two-day seminar in Scotland! The two day event will be cover practical self-defence, functional pad drills, karate joint-locks and joint locking drills, and loads more! The course will provide a total of 10 hours of information for just £45! Training will run from 10am to 4pm each day (1 hour for lunch).
