The 4th of Stuttgart’s Bunkai- & Self-Defence-Days on Saturday 16.06.2012 and Sunday 17.06.2012 with Iain Abernethy, 6th Dan Karate, British Combat Association, Karate England

Place of seminar: Sporthalle Allmandring, Allmandring 28, 70569 Stuttgart-Vaihingen (Uni-Campus)

Subject: Advanced Bunkai of the Katas Heian/Pinan 1 - 5 and Padwork (Please bring pads with you!)

Timetable: Saturday 10 – 12 a.m., 1 – 2.45 p.m., 3.15 – 5 p.m / Sunday 9.30 a.m. – 11.00 a.m., 11.30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Themes: Bunkai of the Katas including throws, locks, chokes and strangles. Advanced bunkai (interesting for instructors) including bunkai and drills Iain has not previously published!". Concepts and methods how to use the Kata as a complete fighting system. Padwork and padwork-drills attached to the bunkai sequences

Fee for participants: 50 Euro for both days (35 Euro saturday only, 20 Euro sunday only). The number of participants is restricted. Registration is recommended

Lehrgangsort: Sporthalle Allmandring, Allmandring 28, 70569 Stuttgart-Vaihingen (Uni-Campus)

Lehrgangsinhalt: Fortgeschrittenes Bunkai der Katas Heian/Pinan 1 - 5 sowie  Pratzentraining (Bitte Pratzen mitbringen!)

Trainingszeiten: Samstag 10 – 12 Uhr, 13 – 14.45 Uhr, 15.15 – 17 Uhr / Sonntag: 9.30 – 11.00 Uhr, 11.30 – 13 Uhr

Bunkai der Katas inklusive Wurf,- Hebel-, und Würgetechniken. Vertiefung des Bunkai (insbesondere für Trainer interessant) durch zum Teil derzeit von Iain noch nicht veröffentlichte Anwendungen. Vermittlung der Konzepte u. Methoden der Katas, um diese als komplettes Verteidigungssystem gegen reale Angriffe zu nutzen. Pratzentraining und Pratzen-Drills passend zu den Bunkai-Anwendungen

Lehrgangsgebühr: 50 Euro für beide Tage (35 Euro nur Samstag, 20 Euro nur Sonntag) Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt. Eine Anmeldung wird empfohlen.
