On the 7th of June 2015 I will be teaching an open seminar in Birmingham! The previous seminar sold out quickly so don’t wait to book a place. The first part of the seminar will focus on the self-defence applications of Pinan / Heian Yodan. The second part will look at a variety of bunkai from advanced kata such as Hangetsu / Seishan, Gojūshiho, Unsu, etc. Previous knowledge of the kata is not needed.
