Taiji, Kung fu, Bagua, Quan/forms and application

These are Wudang Kung fu, Taiji and Bagua forms.

 

 

 

 

some Chin Na grappling and trapping from Dragon and Tai He quan 

 

 I am Planning on training on Wudang mountain for a month this summer.

I like how these styles use so many similar concepts and techniques done in Ryukyu Kenpo Tuite and Matsubayashi trapping and leg attacks.

Absolutely! When I saw the sequence at 27 seconds, I immediately thought of bunkai for the juji-uke (“cross-blocks”) in Pinan / Heian Godan.
