This video demonstrates how to solo practice some basic throws from Pinan/Heian Sandan using shadow boxing and heavy bag drills. Of course, partner training is the best way to practice throwing techniques, but given current circumstances, solo training is the next best thing. Also, solo training can further supplement our partner training at any time, regardless if we are on lockdown or not.
