Iain the balance breaking and posture disruption take a little different timing and pressure than a lot of upper body ( they got those pretty easy) techniques so I was needing to focus on them a bit more! I find that to be one of my favourite aspects of bunkai study i.e. when we have the ABCs down and then start of write words and sentences.
