Discouraged with the closing of my dojo due to COVID-19, I decided to do some bag work and shoot some footage. In this video, I show 9 set heavy bag combinations (hands only) at regular intervals. The 10th interval is random. I worked each combination for 30 seconds with 15 second rest periods. Of course, you can lengthen or shorten the intervals as you see fit. Using a timer on your phone is great for staying focused and pushing through fatigue.
