Cool stuff. I really liked your flow between the arm positions, and your throws from those positions. I think I'll add some of those to my own training.

I'm not sure about that guard sweep though. I've never seen that in bjj and I've been doing that for around 8 years now. I see the need to keep it simple when you're just providing a primer for law enforcement, but I think scissor sweep or underhook + hip escape to the same side would be better. Or even just technical standup.

This was a quick reference video we shot for a PD we just taught at. I Totally agree we should have shown more detail with better technique on that guard sweep, it is a scissors sweep/arm bar sweep with wrist control for weapons retention. He weighs 400+ so he gets by with lazy sweeps, he lets his 200 pounds leg tackle from the side!:-) Thank you, all the best Jeb
