Hi all. In my dojo I practice and teach the Aragaki version of Seisan as one of only three forms on our syllabus, the other two being Naihanchi and Passai.
At the end of last nights session we quickly recorded (with a couple of camera issues) two of my applications from Aragaki Seisan .
The Aragaki version is a wonderful kata, my favourite without a doubt, which contains excellent defensive templates.
Although the audio is not great I hope you can make out my explanations for two applications I teach, and find them interesting.
