Thank you all for watching and the kind words! Iain the balance breaking and posture disruption take a little different timing and pressure than a lot of upper body ( they got those pretty easy) techniques so I was needing to focus on them a bit more! We were practicing putting different sections of Naihanchi together and trying to flow with some basic variations of attack. Thank you again! all the best Jeb

I find that to be one of my favourite aspects of bunkai study i.e. when we have the ABCs down and then start of write words and sentences.
